But I don't think it would have killed me to go there today and it obviously would have meant the world to him.With his hearing aids not working he is bound to be very confused.

His illness may be confusing him too. So even if you were there, he may not be able to realize it's you. Fevers can do that.

They will let you go in and see him if you are sick?

yes, they said to just wear a mask
I just talked to the nurse again. She said he was sleeping and his heart had settled down some. They gave him seroquel. I told her I would be there tomorrow if I had to crawl.
I guess I wasn't thinking of the other sick people there and spreading this crud to them. I will be as careful as possible.

Granny my kids know about you because I've told them I'm most active on this thread. So I talked to them about your situation. We come together for family prayer at night before the kids go to bed. It was Austin's turn to pray. He said a beautiful prayer for Tom and you and family.

So weird how everything has changed, letting you in the hospital with active COVID? Even with a mask I can’t believe how all the protocols have changed. I don’t believe believe masks help much at all. In fact I think there are studies that have proved it. I guess they realize covid is everywhere now.

I don't know how it used to be. I also don't put much faith in the mask but surely it stops some things from going airborne like when I cough.

Oh I'm so happy to hear this! Happy to hear he's calmed down, and happy to hear you are more at peace as well. Happy to hear you get to go see him. Granny, lots of prayers going your way. DH and I prayed for you and Tom tonight as well! I know the Lord has the two of you very close to His heart and is taking care of both of you. You will both feel better if you can be together and that's important for both of you.
