I just lay the bread out on the counter. Dries fine.

I would do that but our humidity is so high most of the time the bread molds before it dries.

That would work great, if you have room for that ... and if your ambient humidity is not 97%. My bread would likely mold first. I do throw away a lot of moldy bread.

I store extra bread in the freezer. I put the loaf in it's original package in a freezer bag, thaw it as needed.

We watched Ghost Protocol last night. I love action adventure movies and the Mission Impossible movies do not disappoint that way although if you look away for 5 minutes you lose track of the plot. So far we have seen that one and Rogue Nation. 6 more in the series to watch.

Sure hope we aren't supposed to watch them in sequence.

Morning all. 31 degrees here with freezing rain coming down. Time to drag out my studded boots that DH made for me. Otherwise will be finishing up Christmas cards and maybe bake a batch of cookies for the freezer so we don't get into them before Christmas.

Yeah, right like that's going to happen.....

That’s what I do with my keto bread. I usually use it for grilled cheese anyway.
