I used to raise silkies. Small little bantam. I tried a couple of different types, but lived the silkies.
My husband built my coops. He lived working with wood and building things.

I love small bantam too, I only discover them this year. I like Silkies's hair, they look so cute. Your chicken coop must be very nice.
Here is the chicken coop that I least dislike and I might have to buy that one.

Howdy all, back from visiting Tom. He wants to know if I can put a bed in his room and stay there with him. I cried when I left him. He just kept caressing my hand and kissing them.
The appt. today with social worker and rehab, no nurse did not go well today. They asked me what I wanted to see happen and I told them I want him to be able to walk and potty on his own. Rehab popped up and said he isn't doing anything to help himself and social worker tells me Medicare wont pay if he isn't trying and they have no Medicaid beds so he wont be allowed to stay unless he tries. I'm over here wondering how I will get him in the house. Anyway, I get there and meet rehab. She said he just walked today! So he gets to stay a little longer. Roller coaster ride over here.

I hate to see you buy ANY prefab coops. They all suck. The wood is very cheap in them. Have you looked thru the coops we have here? Some of them are simple to make and I bet you can do it. Nothing you cant do if you want it bad enough!

Eat yogurt to help keep the good bacteria in your stomach. Antibiotic kill the bacteria and can give you a yeast infection and upset stomach.

I just cant. I've never even tasted yogurt. It just grosses me out.

He will probably be on zithromax, waiting for the doc to get the blood test results to determine which antibiotic will be most effective. He's sleeping now and I'm headed out to do chicken chores.

So sorry he is not feeling well but glad he has you to fill in for him. You just be careful too, we know you are not strong either. We can't haveyou both to be down!

You can get acidophilus capsules, probiotics that will do the same thing, just swallow them down. Look in the vitamin section at WM.

I got tons of medicine today. I hardly know where to start. Tom would ask me every 5 mins. What did the Dr. say? He asked a lot of questions over and over. This is new for him. They claim he isn't on any meds that would do this.
