Granny's gone and done it again

I always wanted to go caroling but never got to...
Call 8 or 10 of your best buddies and organize something. Encourage them to invite a friend! Call a nursiing home and ask when's a good time to come. Plan a cookie exchange for your friends afterward, with cocoa. Or wine, if you're old enough. It'll be fun!

We do it for friends and family around here, but I keep my mouth shut since I sing badly.
Years ago I went with a group in Montana, in the snow, door to door. My feet got cold and wet. It was still fun. I'm too old for that kind of fun now, lol! And I believe if you sing badly, you should sing loudly and with enthusiasm to make up for it! :lau Because life is for living, full speed ahead, with both hands full and your hair on fire! Go for it! One day you'll be too old and you'll wish you had.

You pay nothing for covered services the first 20 days that you're in a skilled nursing facility (SNF). You pay a daily coinsurance for days 21-100, and you pay all costs beyond 100 days. Visit Medicare.gov, or call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227) to get current amounts.

I know the feeling, Sister! All my "irl" friends live in other states and I haven't seen any of them in close to 15 years! I try to stay in touch via messages but I really miss them. And I have no one here except my dear DH who doesn't talk much, I believe he's a bit "on the spectrum." So it's a bit lonely. Even at church, nobody lives close, so the only time we're together is actually at church! BYC is my social life, that's it. So ... I don't know what to tell you about the caroling, hmm. 🤔 Going to church can be one way of meeting people though. Maybe you could visit different ones till you find one you like? If you don't already have a home church, I mean.

You know, now that you mention it I think I was given copy's. I will look tomorrow. I still just don't feel good from that COVID.
Covid kicks butt, that's for sure. Take good care of yourself, Granny! :hugs
