Granny's gone and done it again

Just got back from insta care. I was so dizzy all of a sudden this afternoon. I knew it had a loose crystal in my left ear. I've felt it when I lay down at night and the whole room spins. Did the epley only to find out the my right side was worse! I mean it was like a magnet trying to pull me over as walking. I didn't think a dr could help, but I'm miserable. I took something for sick tummy..dizzy makes you sick. Had blood drawn to check electrolytes because of my history.
Guess I'm going to therapy.

Sorry to hear that! I have had episodes of vertigo. Quite disturbing.

I Vestibular problems too. Wondering if both has kicked in extra hard. Will see.
This dr told me something interesting. It happens more often the older we get and feels worse.
Why of course it does!

You mean vertigo happens more often when we get older? I had my worst episodes when I was 50, but that is when all my health went downhill for a couple years. I managed to get it all back on track, but now in my older years, the vertigo has reared its ornery head again.
