Nurse and PT will be doing home visits then he also has housekeeping. We are adding hours for that so the aid will have time to shower him and cook a few mealsI know what you're talking about. I heard they regularly throw boxes a long time ago. Even when i ship cookies to my family they are in individual cupcake holders (each cookie), then wrapped in plastic then bubble wrap around that inside the cookie box and then bubble wrap around each box. I mail 4 dozen cookies to 7 or 8 homes and it's tedious packing them, but so worth it. They are never broken.
OMG...I ordered hatching eggs from Florida. Out of 13 eggs, 3 were broken outright, and only 1 was viable enough to hatch. And they were wrapped very well in soft foam forms. It was a long way, a lot of jostling and they probably tossed the boxes.
I am so sorry. Wish there was something you could do about it. I personally have very good results from 800 mil ibuprofen. That is prescription dosage, but if I don't have that I take 4 of the OTC ibuprofen. Of course I'm not recommending any medications for you....just saying what I do.
What a great neighbor!!! I'm so sorry you have such a challenging time coming up. I know it can be scary, but you'll be surprised at yourself. Somehow we find a way to step up when we have too. Wishing you all the courage and strength you need for the journey!!!
I understand. I'm sure you will. Is there anyone in your circle who can step up to help you? Will there be a visiting nurse checking on him? Keeping a prayer in my heart for you.
You are bringing him home because you love him and you know that's what he wants. It's what love is all about. And you are sharing your feelings with us because you know we care, not to start an argument
Thank you Granny for believing in us enough to share your feelings. Sending you warm fuzzy feelings and~
I'm praying for you!
Wow that is a great deal. Even with the roosters.$6 ea., and she threw in 4 extra (I bought 12). So $72 /doz. I ended up with 10 cockerels though!
I do give my dogs raw bones. Big knuckle bones from the cow.I just let her have the meat on it
That’s great he will let the aide shower him. It feels do good after a shower.Nurse and PT will be doing home visits then he also has housekeeping. We are adding hours for that so the aid will have time to shower him and cook a few meals

Its hard to find meat any more with bones. Everything is boneless!I tried to once but I couldn't stand the smell.
I don't give then any chews without staying with them. He choked on a pigs ear one time They like oinkies chews but I only give then when I'm around and I throw them out when they get to the ends. I have some deer leg bones from my brother. They love those bones. I didn't cook then but I did dip then in boiling water first to sterilize the out side. It makes me nervous giving raw meatI do give my dogs raw bones. Big knuckle bones from the cow.
Hmmm...I'll have to pay attention to that. I know I have to go to Costco to get bone in pork chops. Haven't looked for a T-bone or Porterhouse steak with a bone. Never even thought about it. But it sure is easy to find soup bones now, so I know where they are all going. Its hard to find meat any more with bones. Everything is boneless!
