Granny's gone and done it again

Scoliosis is a really bad word.
My son with Spina Bifida has it. Pretty bad. They put Titanium rods in when he was a little guy. Theye were shocked the time he had a MRI to see he had snapped both rods..they put one on each side of his spine .. they were broken a fourth of the way up, so on the bottom part. Just left them in. Weren't doing any harm, or good.
Scott had it. One leg was shorter than the other because of it. Wouldn't know it to see him. He had terrible lower back pain when he got older.

Have you ever roasted tomatoe paste. I was watching a cooking show and this guy was cooking hot dog casserole. He browned the tomatoe paste
Yes, I always do. If I'm using it in a soup, chili or whatever, after I saute the mire poix (onions, celery, carrots and garlic), I squeeze in an inch or two of tomato paste from a tube of it and let it brown a little bit before adding the liquid. Gives it a richness of flavor.

My twin bro does too. Same as Scott, one leg shorter. My dad had terrible back pain, wouldn't surprise me if he had it too. I do a little bit. I always stand a little ... cock-eyed, one hip higher, one foot in front. Probably an inch or two off. And if I wear an open sweater or vest, you can see that I'm torqued, twisted, one shoulder ahead of the other. Doesn't cause me any grief or pain that I'm aware of, though.

Well this recipe they do they whole can of tomatoe paste

@BigBlueHen53, had to give you a glove update. If you haven't ordered them, DON'T! My left glove died yesterday. Put them on, went out to the coop, about half way done realized that the left glove that I had left on while doing water wasn't keeping my hand toasty. Battery was charged 100%, it was turned on, just deader than a rock. I emailed the seller but no word from them so I'm shipping these back. This is the second pair DH has bought for me from Amazon-different seller and the second pair that had one dud glove. I asked him not to get another set as we have to pay 8 dollars every time we have UPS pick up something from the house. Asked him to replace them with a new nice strong flashlight for me as I seem destined to go through life with cold hands from December to April. :hit

I'm still working on bedroom walls. Got two walls stripped and started texturing today. I'm working slowly as my back is still reminding me who is in charge and it isn't my brain, evidently.

It's 10 degrees here currently, sigh. All the nice pretty snow is turning into ugly dirty ice. Almost makes me wish for more snow to 'pretty things up' a bit. Almost....
Ummm....I was with you until the flashlight. How is that going to keep your hands warm???

Delegate, delegate, delegate! :old Lol.
(That's what I do!)
I do that all the time....then DH says "enough!". So I have to do it myself. :lau Of course, I'm talking about things I'm able to do, like feed the squirrels.

Wow! That sounds awful!

Such a great idea. I'm going to try this!!!
It would be like blistering or charring fresh tomatoes.
Oh okay, I do this.

I sometimes slice fresh tomatoes and saute them on both sides with a dot of brown sugar and butter and use it as topping for stir fry. Include the drippings with stir fry. Especially if I'm doing rice in the stir fry
