I hear that. I'm cooking for two as well. I freeze most leftovers in lunch sizes, but this last year we both stopped eating lunch. So now I have a freeze dryer, so when I make too much of something, it is set up for long term storage. Always a good idea to have emergency food on hand. You never know.Cooking for two is hard. I always seem to have some left overs. I usually reheat things once then it gets tossed in with the dog food. Nothing goes to waste. Meat is the same although I tend to go by the 5 day rule myself as long as it has been refrigerated and not left out on the counter for any length of time. Food is jus too danged expensive anymore not to get your money's worth out of it.
