Granny's gone and done it again

Our Shepherd sometimes pees while she is laying down in the house sometimes. At least hubby doesn't yell at her. But she still gets around well and runs around barking, chasing animals, and rolls in snow.

They finally made a monthly menu this month (they’ve been wanting to a while and used to before I started coming) so yeah… here’s some examples of the lunches LOL they have one main person that cooks but then sometimes other staff people will cook too, usually just one other unless it’s like a holiday and neither are there lol, and usually just when the main one is away and there’s one member that helps a lot too and others that help sometimes so yeah. The meatloaf cupcakes were made by that member and the main alternate staff person and were INCREDIBLE. LOL the garlic mashed was on top like frosting.

Also some of the stuff was switched like the Mediterranean platter didn’t happen because it was a holiday so neither cook was here and it was too complicated etc. for one person to do by themselves so they made something easy that day but I forget what it was LOL and then the turkey Salisbury steak was mashed potatoes with it instead and the BBQ chicken quesadillas was the rice pilaf with it. So yeah. Sometimes things change.

Also there are some spelling errors which weren’t noticed till after it got posted and they mostly got fixed (there’s more) but by then it was already posted lol oh well.

 

[Granny Hatchet]

An elderly lady sat peacefully on her front porch, gently rocking in her chair and enjoying the evening breeze. Suddenly, in a swirl of sparkling light, a fairy godmother appeared before her.
"You’ve lived a long, full life," the fairy godmother said with a kind smile. "As a reward, I’m here to grant you three wishes!"
The old lady’s eyes lit up with excitement. After a moment’s thought, she said, “I’d like to be rich—really, really rich!”
With a wave of her wand, the fairy godmother said, “Your wish is granted!”
POOF! The rocking chair she was sitting on transformed into solid gold.
Delighted, the woman quickly added, “I’d love to be young and beautiful again, like a princess.”
“Your wish is granted!” the fairy godmother said again.
POOF! The elderly woman was instantly transformed into a stunning, radiant young lady. She stared at her reflection in a nearby window, marveling at her newfound youth and beauty.
“For your third wish?” the fairy godmother prompted, her wand ready.
Just then, the lady’s old, scruffy cat wandered by, brushing against her leg. She looked down at the cat thoughtfully, then smiled. “Can you turn my cat into a handsome prince?”
With a flick of her wand, the fairy godmother said, “Your wish is granted!”
POOF! The cat disappeared, and in his place stood a man so dashing he could have stepped out of a fairy tale.
The prince walked over to her, took her hand gently in his, and looked into her eyes with a gaze that made her heart flutter. Leaning in close, he whispered in a low, smooth voice,
“Bet you’re wishing you hadn’t had me neutered.”

Morning all, Had a 2 hr nap while everyone was here posting then awake most of the night while everyone else dozed.
AND... I have to go get Tom cleaned up. I figured out this is how I am hurting myself. My leg muscles are screaming bloody murder from squatting... BBL
