I heard the penny is going to be, er, terminated. No longer manufactured. So I had my DH, who works at a bank, bring me home $10 in pennies today. Someday they may be very valuable. Maybe my GS can use them to pay for HIS grandchildren's college educations. Ya never know!

Well apparently Pres. Trump has ordered production of pennies to cease, but it would take an act of Congress to enforce it. So ... we shall see!

We just got home from Pa's doctor appointment. He went to take a nap. Everything is fine with his thyroid, nodules are not growing. Doctor said not to worry about them. One less thing to worry about. Hope everyone is having a good day. Granny rest while you can and take care of yourself.
