It wont come off. I rubbed as hard as I could with bath wipes and nada.

No it won't, it's in a fish oil base, I believe, very thick and dense. If you want to get it off use a little olive oil or cooking oil on a tissue, and wipe GENTLY. Or ask @microchick.
