Morning all, I slept from 2-5. , Fawn was crying at my door. That breaks my heart. She wants her pack.let them out and get the coffee going.I get my meds down and . I gave them their treats and after she eats she goes back to bed w/ Robert!
Dozed off and Tom asks if the coffee is still on. I said yes, I will go get it. Nope he is doing it himself. I hear Crash! I go flying in there and he had fell against the sink and spilled coffee everywhere.
Yup, gonna be another one of those days.

I'm so sorry for Tom. He doesn't realize his body can no longer do the things his brain wants to do. Hard on both of you.

I was never offered muscle relaxers or pain pills. Interesting again.

I've had the MR for quite some time, I don't even remember why now, Cynthia. My dr has been letting me use it off-label for occasional insomnia to take the place of Zolpidem (Ambien) to which I was becoming addicted. I typically use the MR (Tizanidine) about 3x/mo. Lol, that's why I'm oten here on BYC till 11 pm or later.

No pain pills? Were you not in pain? The NP yesterday said there are certain steps she has to follow according to what insurance will pay for. Today I'm a little nervous because I'm wondering, how do we know I don't have a blood clot in there without an MRI? Insurance is stupid, they are not doctors.

I didn't realize how bad you were hurting Blue. Is the pain any better today? They did the same thing to. Insurance just wouldn't pay for one.
Thank you about Tom. I didn't think of it ,what you said but your right. I will follow behind him as long as it takes. He did sit down and say "Im useless" I told him you're not useless til you give up trying.

Dhs GI said I need to demand to have him transferred to a hospital that can treat him.I talked with the Dr yesterday morning and He was transferred to Lancaster last night.
Yesterday the elderly neighbor couple rode with me in the loaner to bring my jeep home from the hospital. He drove it home for me . Very kind of them. Uber wasnt available. I returned the loaner to the garage, brought the truck home. Today will take the 2 hour drive to Lancaster.
They said I may bring the dogs along since I have papers. They've been so alienated this past week!
Drs are starting at the bottom for tests. Right now no procedures are on the table till they do their own tests. I will give the chickens lots of food and if they decide to do a procedure on him tomorrow. I will get a dog friendly hotel for the night.

what type of papers do you have that allows the dogs in the hospital?
Is Lancaster a better hospital?
