Granny's gone and done it again

no, what kind of alerts? Like from a weather channel or?
Yes...
Line between Ripley and Jefferson
There was a tornado warning for Jefferson County.

See, this is why you should have a cell phone! You would get alerts for this kind of thing and you could see it on radar snd know if anything was coming at you. Or ... at least turn on your local tv station so you could watch the radar on tv. You're like, still living in the 1900's!

lol yes I am a dinosaur...

It was through my college so I wouldn't have said anyway, but it was... underwhelming. She ran through a couple case studies of bumblefoot, gout, and salpingitis but nothing new to me. Still fun to meet a poultry vet, they're hard to come by.
No worries. College would be the last place I would want to go! LOL But indulge me, are you a student or instructor?

yes it did. It was thick noodles and not a lot of other flavor. It got cold quickly. The garlic cheese toast was good but when I went back it was gone.
I'm trying to make a list of easy meals and all Im doing is writing down snacks and giving myself a headache
Do you all have Stouffers out your way? We really like they're lasagna.

We get packets of the brown gravy mix. Just add water and stir... Easy. Meat balls from the frozen food case. Basically brown and serve with noodles or rice covered in the gravy. All kinds of gravy in those packets. Onion, Mushroom, Beef, Turkey, Pork, and just plain generic brown. When we had a Kroger we just bought store brand and that was good. Now we get Publix store brand or Walmart store brand. The fancy name brand is no better to us but costs more and the difference is better spent on another needed food.
We also use the package mixes. I'm liking what you've suggested here. I think I'll get some things tomorrow. Use rice. :)

I didn't post about it. I think she fell from the log rafters in our cabin. One day she was unable to walk on the wood floors. Really, I knew a vet would not be able to help her. We kept her comfortable and she died soon after.
I still have her son.
Very sorry for your loss
