I'm calling my ortho tomorrow and see if she still wants me to attempt PT. If she does, I'll arrange to go only on Tuesdays and Thursdays so I can get Heather again and hopefully get more heat, massage and TENS therapy and not so much of the exercise .... until I can get back to see the ortho dr herself. I'm not using the wheelchair but I am using the walker, and feeling absolutely useless.

Those walkers sure do come in handy.

I'll be talking with my Neuro on Tuesday. Austin woke up dizzy today. He said he must be having sympathy pains with me. He was kidding but came home quite sick tonight after being up at Bronwyn's parents. Sounds like a bug.
My walker stays by me. Had to use it today. I can sit if I need to.

Spritz them with cold fresh water in a sprayer and they'll stay fresh longer, Shrek. They are beautiful! You can also pull off the outer petals that look a little droopy. Put an aspirin in the water. Make sure no leaves are in the water.
