I did, but ... there are options. They can sign me up for home health and someone can come here to the house and give me PT. Or they could send a transport service to come pick me up. I have to find out more.

It has S Miller. But nobody knows me by that name. I edited the front page of the article so it now says "by BigBlueHen53," and I dropped a line to Admin asking for help, but have not yet heard back.

Well, there is a FB group called BYC something. If you are a member it is shown there. I am not a member but Ive seen it on there.
I would maybe PM a mod and then just ask them

She didn't. She said not to do anything that hurts. Today I got, again, what I call spa treatment for the knee. TENS stimulation for about 25 minutes under moist heat, then hot lotion massage, then "cupping," are you familiar with that? It leaves big old hickey marks on my leg like an octopus got hold of me, lol, but it stimulates circulation. Leg feels better than it has since this started..
