Granny's gone and done it again

How you doing tonight, Granny? How was your day?
It was ok I guess. Nothing's changed. I had another spell yesterday with my heart but not today. Tom slept all day and it was really hard to wake him up for meds. It scared me. Not like him to be that heavy under.

Not an MI, I hope. I noticed you weren't around much yesterday...

A pretty good day. Walked around the house again. Cleaned the poop trays. Messed up the kitchen, lol. Feeling pretty good. Pain manageable.

oh ya, squash. I meant to ask you about that. What was in it?
I'm glad your pain is better

It was kind of a complex dish. But it had thin-sliced yellow squash and onions, fried first then drained. Then mixed with a sauce of eggs, shredded cheese (cheddar and Gruyere), mayo, sour cream, parsley, garlic, S/P, and thyme. Put in casserole dish and topped with a mixture of butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley and bread crumbs. Bake at 375 for 25 - 30 minutes. I have to admit, it was so good I was a little intemperate with it! I love Gruyere cheese but it's expensive, I don't indulge very often!
