Greasy my hen!

I always say I dont have any favorites when it comes to my animals especially my chickens but there is something about Greasy that made her my favorite.

I had never taken care of chickens before like I do now and when we got property I decided its time to own some chickens. Greasy was my first hen that I brought with my along with another one (Snowflake) and it was the best decision.

Greasy is like a dwarf shes pretty small for being a hen and her eggs are pretty little too.

We almost lost greasy too, she lived with the goats at the time and she went into their bucket of water and I luckily found her in time and she was very cold. But I feed her some eggs warmed her up and she was up and ready.

When she became a mom for the first time I couldn't be prouder of my girl.

Shes like 2-3 years old now and she is a very special chicken.
