Green duck poop!! Help!

Hi,
I have a pekin drake around 1 year old that just came off respiratory infection meds around 4 days ago. He hasn’t eaten grass or any veggies.
This color poop started 2-3 days ago.
Should I be concerned???

My ducks often have poop about that color, but they forage and eat grass. If they don't their poop is the color of their pellets. Can you send a photo to their vet that gave you the meds?

Was your duck on antibiotics? Antibiotics kill both good and bad bacteria which often results in different color, texture and frequency of bowel movements. Green in general is not abnormal for ducks. If it were bright lime or neon green then I would be concerned, but that poop does not look that concerning in my opinion.

A bird probiotic would be a good idea.

After giving antibiotics to my ducks my avian veterinarian recommends giving bird probiotics grown without dairy. I type in avian probiotics on Amazon and found a few options. I sprinkle the powder on my ducks favorite wet snack, tomatoes, and they gobble it up.
