Green Goddess Chickens

I picked up a green goddess chick…. the women said it’s basically an olive egger. Anyone have any of this breed (green goddess) and what does yours look like

I have a “Starlight Green Egger” from TSC. Not sure if that’s actually what she/he is or not. I haven’t been able to find too much info and the colors seem to very maybe….. I’m new to this breed so not sure. The “Starlight Green Egger” is the one in the first pic pecking the metal pole and in the second pic the light brown fluff ball at the front. First pic is around 7 weeks and sec pick is 1 week.

The reason you get alot of dinner recipes if you google these kinds of names is it's a mix, a Olive Egger. I think the hatchery that came up with "Green Goddess" is in your area only. Then there is "Green Queen," "Starlight Green," from other hatery's as they come up with their standard mix for green eggs, etc. etc.

Just trying to be helpful. There is good chance that other people in your area of the Country have this same bird since that is where the hatchery they are from is located.

I’m not being mean lol. If anyone would read what i originally posted, I know it’s basically an olive egger. But i wanted to see if anyone else actually had a green goddess like me.

I'm "anyone," and I read your post, then tried to offer something helpful, that Green Goddess is from this hatchery in your part of the country. http://www.jerseychickens.com/store/p126/Green_Goddess_Chick.html It doesn't look like they ship, so it would be people in your area that have these, therefore the "your area" specific thread. Sorry I mentioned the OE names specific to hatery's since you know all of this. Hope you find other people with the same chicken, I'm sure they're really cool.
