One of my birds is acting a little off and I noticed she pooped this green poop. She is usually one of my friendliest and runs right up to us but she is isolating a bit more. I gave her scrambled eggs and a tomato and she ate those. But should I be concerned about this poop?

Usually green poop indicates a lack of eating. A chicken who hasn't eaten much in a couple of days will start pooping green. Is there a chance she's being bullied away from the feed?

A lot of greens suddenly when they aren't used to it can also do that.

I doubt that she is being bullied, though we just treated the flock for. roundworm with five days of Safeguard. How long after treatment should chickens be back to acting normal? She is depressed and lethargic, though she did eat some scrambled eggs, and her balance seems a little off. Her poop also seems to have yellowish urates.
I’m wondering if it’s related to roundworm.

I think she might be egg bound or have a partial blockage somewhere. Do these poops line up with that? Her crop hasn’t emptied all day since this morning but I gave her a little bit of egg and water.

Yellow urates can indicate a reproductive disorder (salpingitis, egg yolk peritonitis, infection,) or water belly from liver problems. Just as green droppings are from bile, the yellow urates is also from bile, and the liver may be stressed. I would really try to get her drinking fluids to see if the urates become lighter again.

So I syringed some water into her beak but because her crop isn’t emptying I’m worried to do too much? Her crop was almost empty before and now it’s just full of water that I can’t get to empty out.

Check her crop first thing in the morning. Has she been laying eggs recently? Does she have access to poultry grit for digestion? Have you wormed her recently?
She laid an egg yesterday. Yes she has grit. And we actually just finished a deworming 5days with Safeguard due to another chicken pooping out worms. What made me think she was egg bound was that very clearly trying to push something out earlier, but when I felt inside her with a glove I couldn’t feel anything.
