Green poop

If her crop will empty by early morning, you can try to tube feed her if that is something you would like to learn.

Torpedo feeding is another method of getting food into them.

If you crop does not empty overnight you probably may need to stick with fluids and a bit of watery chicken feed and egg. I tend to not force them to eat when they don’t want to for some reason. I figure that I can offer it 2-3 times a day, but they have a right to refuse it.

I decided to treat her with Corid as a hail mary as I have tried everything else and nothing is helping. She suddenly is somewhat interested in eating. Is it possible to see improvement that fast? I am worried though because I didn’t realize before I gave it to her that you shouldn’t give b complex with it and i had give her some earlier this morning. If I stop with the vitamins now is that fine?

Corid isn't an antibiotic, but it shouldn't hurt her.

It works relatively fast with Coccidiosis outbreak, but usually a day or two, not within a few hours.

Could it be that she was dehydrated and is now just getting the fluids she needs?

I know it isn’t an antibiotic but I’m just thinking what if it’s coccidiosis that we’re dealing with. She has pretty much all the symptoms except bloody poop and I’ve read that bloody poop isn’t always present. I’m not sure. I wish I knew the answer but that’s why I’m trying everything I can. She doesn’t seem to be getting worse, just staying the same at this point. Minimally interested in food, mostly greek yogurt that she will eat off my finger.

Hard to know what the reason is for the increased appetite. Trying this or that is all we can do without lab work, which most of us don’t get. I hope she continues to eat more. Stopping the b vitamins after the Corid starts should be fine.

thank you 🤍 I wish I could afford to take her to the vet! Doing everything I can

Can I still give calcium+d3 and vitamin e with the corid as long as there are no b vitamins in it?

Lice are more of a bother making them nervous and itchy. Mites could make her anemic and die. The Elector PSP should work. Your others should be checked and treated, and the coop, nest, and roosts as well. Recheck her at 10 days and retreat her, since the lice eggs will be hatching.
