Growing duck food

Hi! I was wondering if anyone knows of a good way to grow my own duck food in a relatively small area. Thanks!

I have tried growing oats, corn, barley and wheat to make my own chicken feed and have found it is too much work. It's all easy to grow but to get it harvested and hulled is a different story. I gave up and continue to buy feed. If you gow some of it , it is easier to keep them out of the area until it's ready to harvest, then let them in to eat it right off the stalk, essentially reducing their feed intake.
