Growth on Nostril

Hey there! I’m curious if anyone knows what this is. I’m thinking fowlpox possibly? My turkeys recently had that and I vaccinated all of my chickens, but some of them were too young to vaccinate and my little sassy pants, Goldie, might’ve gotten it. She’s acting completely fine. The inside of her mouth looks great. She’s eating, drinking, and doing absolutely amazing. The only reason I noticed it was because I was trimming her bouffant so she could see! She’s the only one out of 40 that has anything like this which is also odd for fowlpox since all my girls aren’t vaccinated. (I’m guessing 10 of my 40 aren’t vaccinated bc they were too young at the time) Anybody have any insight and if this is actually fowlpox? It looked very different on my turkeys!

Looks like a cut, anything she can get it caught on?
