It's not when I break out my longjohns?

I've had -40°F without wearing longjohns.

It's 60°F here right now. The honeybees are flying around today but no blossoms for them to work.

I just planted tomato and pepper seeds.

The procedure only took about 5 minutes all went well and we are home resting comfortably
