Well, it gets tricky because he appears semi fibro melanistic (black skinned) so his comb is black instead of yellow/red/pink. I would guess he's part silkie, due to his crest (feathery tuft on his head). This also explains the semi fibro skin, as Silkies are black-skinned birds.What makes the first black one look male? (Not disagreeing at all, just not knowledgeable in knowing the differences and trying to learn!)
But back to the comb - it appears larger and spikier than the other black chick, who is very much appearing a pullet at this age.
He also has thick legs and large feet, which is a typical trait of a young male who will grow to be larger than his female siblings.
