Probably not. That's an awful lot of wear on the hens and the roosters will battle with so few hens between them, IMHO. I kept my BCM roosters covering 17 hens and even then they had their 'favorites' that got raw shoulders and backs, raw butts.... not pretty
so I reduced down to one roo, and everyone seems alot happier.
