Are those 2 4 inch vents the only vents for your coop? It is suggested that there be 1 square foot of vent area for each chicken. I do understand that your coop is rather small so 4 square feet is not going to happen with that coop. Keep an eye on any windows that you add to the coop. If you see condensation on them that means that there is not enough ventilation.
