Thank you! We have a second that JUST hatched, but the other eggs don't seem to be making any progress. Should I be worried that the two chicks are disturbing the other eggs? I have the brooder ready, but I didn't want to open the bator and cause an issue with the other eggs hatching. But they haven't pipped yet.
Congratulations on the new chick! How are the rest of the eggs coming along?
Thank you for replying. I did remove the chicks, as they were moving the other eggs all over the place. I do not see any pipped eggs. Hoping the others are OK.If the chicks are moving the eggs around, and there are no pipped eggs you can definitely take the chicks out.
Hatching definitely teaches patience. I've had eggs that hatch 2 or 3 days late on occasion. I wouldn't disturb them for a couple of more days.Thank you for replying.
