No, but within the last 3 years, export/import laws have changed so it's nearly impossible unless you have $$$$

Requirements vary depending on importing/exporting country. Check usda/aphis website for most recent updates, also importing state/country requirements too. Will be expensive, annoying, probably difficult, probably need paperwork/permits as well. Unless you are dealing with a really specific species, may want to look domestically!
