I saw your other post about this, so sad.While the Invasive Species guys deny we have mongooses on Kaua'i, we spotted 2 over the last 2 years in Kalaheo near the coffee fields. Something made two large holes in our coop (coated chicken wire over a metal frame) one night and shredded all hens but left the eggs. Anyone else on Kaua'i having this issue, or ideas as to what got our hens? The coop now has 1/4 hardware cloth over the chicken wire.
