He or she?

This is flash my indigenous chicken he/she is around 4months+ and I can't tell it's gender, it's pretty chaty and spars a lot with the other indigenous chicken, but very little comb and wattle with no saddle feathers but the feathers coming in on the hackles and tail are suspicious that it could be a he
please any guesses?

My thoughts as well but that incoming feather right at the base of the tail plus the shiney incoming hackels are throwing me off
