Healing a hen

We have needed to separate our rooster from the hens,

they are in a medium sized coup and due to predators we can’t free range them anymore but that also means the ladies can not escape from the rooster.

He had ripped a lot of feathers off three of the girls and they were separated from him to give them time to heal.

Two of the girls healed up really well but the third girl has yet to heal. Her back is still somewhat raw and the feathers have yet to come back. The girls have been separated for almost three months now.

Is there any medication or balm that we could put on her to help her heal faster?

Any advice would be appreciated.

The feathers will not come back until molt. A healthy diet will help her heal.

If you have hens in a small predator proof space, do you really need the Rooster? Are you breeding? I would re-home Rooster and raise just a few hens for eggs if I had a small space.
