Hey group! My name is Jacob Billett. My wife and I are both veterans and finally, after all these years, able to buy a plot of land in Texas and finally start living our dream!
We bought 16 acres in Willis Point, Texas and I am excited to get back to my roots and raise our baby girl on a farm. We just bought a coupe with a little fence and 5 chickens (about a year old), sight unseen, that we are picking up once we close on the house and move down there at the end of this month.
They said that they average about an egg a day, so this will be our "starter" investment in chickens!
Our goal for this property is to make a truly unique ranch and trophy fishery (there is a stocked 3.5-acre lake on the property) with chicken farming, horse boarding, farm produce, and other ventures.

We own a real estate investing and property flipping business, as well as a youtube channel. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats.
