Im pretty new to raising chickens, its been a year and a half and ive already got 45 chickens. ( chicken math is so real!! Lol) i absolutely love to watch their personalities! I have many varieties and hope to add to my list! My favorite are my salmon faverolles and laced wyandottes, but its hard to beat the fluffiness of those orphingtons! I love how supportive everyone is on this site and helpful.

Ah, the joys of chicken math! On the plus side, it can -- and apparently, did -- encourage you to learn about so many different chicken breeds.

Salmon Favs and Wyandottes are among my favorites, too. One of my original hens -- and the only one in her coop to survive a predator attack -- was a gorgeous, fluffy Orp. But, I tend to fall in love repeatedly as I add more breeds, as I suspect you do
