(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
We got 5 buff Orpington pullets 4 years ago and recently moved to a bigger property and I was able to get more chickens
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
21
(3) What breeds do you have?
Buff Orpington and Swedish flower chickens
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
How cute they are!!!
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I love my CrossFit gym. I go everyday at 530am to hang with my friends. I also groom dogs so most of my life is filled with dog stuff.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
My very supportive husband is up for anything farm wise. We’re getting Nubians in a few weeks which was the whole reason for our move.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
Ive lurked through Google searches for awhile now but I have questions about our rooster I’d like opinions on.
