yes! We just got our first early April but have been researching and planning since last autumn.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
30, yes it’s quite a lot but we wanted to see what breeds fit us best and bought a couple of many types.
(3) What breeds do you have?
Orpington, Rhode Island red, delaware, wyandotte, anacona, Andalusian, Bielefelder, Easter egger to name a few
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
They have so much personality, it’s pretty cool to hang out with them. Ours aren’t old enough to lay yet but excited for the eggs.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Gardening, hiking, obsessing over Star Wars.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
