Help! Chick Hatched with LEGS Straight Back!

Hi everyone, just incubated and hatched two Silkie/Polish cross chicks. One hatched early this morning and the other just hatched about 2 hours ago. So the chick is brand new...but should her legs be straight back like that? I’m
new to this so don’t know exactly what to expect. I know she needs to rest and might have difficulty walking right away... but her legs don’t seem like they should be straight back.

Please help diagnose and offer suggestions. What can I do to help this little one? Posting a video and pic below. (The pic is right after she hatched.) It’s been two hours and she hasn’t stood yet but has moments of alertness and then back to sleep.

Do you have any idea what’s wrong?

Try some chick vitamins such as Poultry Cell, NutriDrench, given orally a couple of drops, or SaveAChick in the water. Try placing it in a cup with some padding so it can get it’s footing.
