Help! chick is sick, "dizzy"

Non Vaccinated chicks of various breeds, free-range. One chick was falling down, acting dizzy at 8 weeks. Still ate and drink. She came out of it but was never a very strong girl but was pretty normal. Now, at age 3 months she seems to be getting bad again. Still eating and drinking.. No other chicks are sick and never have been.. What could it be? Could she just be a sickly chicken? I got them shipped from a hatchery as day old chicks. TIA

I would use some poultry vitamins in the water or feed, in case of a vitamin deficiency. Some even contain trace minerals. Is she having diarrhea or blood in her droppings, acting lethargic, or standing puffed up, which can indicate coccidiosis? Can you describe exactly what she is doing at this time? Is there any dropping of one or both wings, or any leg weakness, or loss of balance?

She just seems off balance. Like drunk. No bloody or runny stool..
