Help chicken got attacked!

Take off the tourniquet. The wound will fill in a becovered eventually when it heals. Keep her wound moist with plain Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic Ointment twice a day after cleaning with the saline or some Hibiclens chlohexidene which you can find in the bandaid aisle at Walmart or other pharmacy. That can help treat infection. Keep her separated so that she is not pecked. Offer food and water every couple of hours. Give us an update in her condition later today.

I Trimmed as much as I could before she got to squirly , rinsed with the hibiclen and applied ointment. I put electrolytes and supplements in her water, but she hasn’t eaten or drank much

I have electrolytes in her water and high protein feed with her. She hasn’t drank anything,
I'm so sorry this happened to your hen.

Following the advice of the experts here will help you save your girl.

You're doing a good job. If she is not drinking anything on her own, you may need to put some electrolyte water in a syringe (no needle) and gently place a drop or two in her mouth or on her tongue. You must be very careful doing this so as not to give too much and don't put it far back in her mouth, just in the front on her tongue as she could aspirate. I only have a couple of drops in the syringe at a time when I do this. Repeat 2 or 3 times, give her a break and then give some more. This will help her through the shock as @Wyorp Rock has mentioned.

Perhaps others with more experience can offer better advice. I wish you the best and hope she recovers.

Good advice👇from @Eggcessive and @Bawkbok

You can syringe drops of fluid into her or hold a water cup up to her beak to see if she can drink on her own. Working them through shock is very important. Sometimes when attacked, they are very sore, so make sure to raise food/water up on a block so she can reach it easily and not have to bend her neck a lot.

Sounds like you've done a good job cleaning wound and caring for her so far.

What all have you tried to get her to eat? I would use some human B complex vitamins 1/4 tablet daily from
Walmart or other pharmacies, or chicken vitamins from your feed store. Most chickens will eat some watery chicken feed mixed in a small bowl or cup, scrambled or boiled soft egg, canned cat food or tuna. Chicken feed is the best, but tempting her with other things may help. Tube feeding is possible to do. Is she able to stand and walk at all?

I’ve tried giving her scratch, feed, grapes, blueberries, scrambled eggs , cat food , crushed dog food

Update shes drinking but not eating. I clean the wound daily and apply neosporin
It's good to hear that she's drinking. Does her water have electrolytes in it? Needed bc she's not getting them from food at this point. My hen went through a period of very little food intake also and lost too much weight. I noticed she attempted food about 30 minutes after I administered a baby aspirin for the pain. Who wants to eat when the pain is too great?
You can also try syringe feeding her raw egg yolk (no white as it's an antinutrient when raw). With your hen on your lap, open her beak & drop a little on her tongue, then tip her closed beak up a little to encourage her to swallow. Sometimes, just getting a little food will help stimulate the appetite.
One other encouragement is to put her buddy with her for a little while. (Watch to make sure the other hen doesn't attack.) Even chickens get lonely and depressed.

I like to offer the food and water right up to the beak often. I use a tuna can or small bowl, and I add a little water to foods to get more fluids in. Sometimes if you dip the beak, they will respond. Feeding tube sets are available on Amazon if you need to learn that. Feeding one 2 times a day can keep them alive and each feeding only takes a few minutes. KayTee Exact feed, available in pet aisle at Walmart and online is what most people use. Here is where to buy a tube feeding set:
