Hello, I’m very concerned about one of my chickens (a Buff Orpington, approximately 4 years old and need urgent quickly! This is usually a sign that they will die soon and I really want to do something now!

Symptoms:
1. Limping: I noticed she was limping earlier today and sitting down often. She avoids putting weight on her right leg.
2. Odd Sounds When Drinking: When she drinks, I hear a bubbling, whistling, or farting sound coming from her head, which apparently could mean respiratory infection? Or something else idk.
3. Watery and green Droppings: Her poop is watery but does not appear to have blood or mucus in it. It's also green (attached)
4. Behavior: She’s eating and drinking now (softened food and warm water), but she seems lethargic.

It has been below freezing here for the past week, so water access has been challenging.
- She lives with 2 other chickens in a coop with bedding and an open window.
- The other chickens appear healthy and are not showing any symptoms.

Steps Taken So Far:
1. Brought her into the garage to isolate her from the flock.
2. Provided her with warm water and soft, watered-down food, which she has been eating and drinking.

What should I treat her with?

Thank you in advance for any advice you can offer! I’m really worried and want to help her recover quickly.

@Eggcessive and @Wyorp Rock will know more than me, and can help.
Can u take pics of her poop?
Is she laying eggs?
Is she moulting?
Have you checked her right foot? There could be bumblefoot, which appears as a black scab.
What does her diet consist of?
Sorry for all the questions, just want to make sure we have all the info :)

Can you give her some sugar water? Cooked egg? How many feathers does she have? What's her weight? Does her mouth have a sour smell? Pictures of her may help.

I recently had this happen to mine and I found bringing them inside was the only thing to save them, and I hung a heat lamp in the run for the others if they got too cold. They had all the same symptoms as yours except not as bad breathing problems just yawned more often and I lost two and almost lost one. I thought coccidiosis at first but corid wasn’t working, take all the sick ones inside if you want them to live

Here is a picture of her poop and foot. I'm sorry I couldn't get a good picture as she wasn't really cooperating. Her diet is egg layers feed mixed with seeds and sometimes she gets kitchen scraps as a treat, but I haven't given her any in two weeks. I haven't noticed any eggs in a few days. She has completed moulting

Other than the listed symptoms, she looks fine overall. Healthy feather coating and good weight.
