Well I started them on a Wednesday, specially so they would hatch before Thanksgiving, so I'm pretty sure they were supposed to hatch this last Wednesday

That's definitely a possibility, I don't have anything to check humidity levels, but I don't think I did anything different with the humidity this time.Humidity could have been too high during day 1 till lockdown. Chicks grew too big to pip and zip shell
Do you know what breed it is?I opened up more of the shell to see what was going on inside, it's still alive, but still too many blood vessels to pull it out, it's super pale though, like the beak is white. Which I've never seen before, even when I've opened up a dead egg (to see why it died) the beak has color. It seems to be struggling to breathe and I'm pretty worried, it also looked like it has cross beak syndrome. I've had a few of those in the past and even they can usually hatch, I just don't know what's going on. I could really use some help.
I know the dad is a blue laced red wyandotte and the mom is either an olive egger or an easter egger. None of my birds are light colored, my last one died two moths ago.Do you know what breed it is?
I wish I knew how to help. I haven’t ever had eggs go past 21-22 days in the incubator, so I’m not sure where these have been in so long. When you candled, did the chick take up the entire space in the egg? Whenever I have tried to candle an egg about to hatch, I can’t see any blood vessels because the chick is so dark and taking up the whole egg besides the air sac.
