We need:

1. Your location
2. Do you have mosquitoes?
3. Get a photo that's in focus
4. The age of these chicks?
5. Is it all the chicks or just this one?
6. Where did you buy the chicks?

It looks like the chick may have been pecked and injured by the older chickens. Is the beak able to close? Is that the lower beak hanging down? Separate it for now in a brooder pen with a heat source, food and water. Vetericyn wound spray or saline can be used on wounds, and triple antibiotic can be applied after using those. If the beak is injured badly, I am not sure that you can save the chick. Tube feeding would be necessary if the beak is broken. If it is fowl pox from mosquitoes, it has a chance if you can get it to eat and drink.

Thank you no just the growth around beak. I'm afraid if it continues to grow she won't be able to eat. I put antibiotic on it but all three have some form of these growths. Wish I had been here to see it develop. Never had a problem like this before. They are kept in a building away from the elements and other birds. Sad.
