HELP how do I motivate my chicks to hatch

Hi!
today is day 23 for my chicks I can hear chirping and see the egg rocking, but no pecks at the shell

Is there any thing I can do to motivate my chicks to start pecking at the shell?
any reply is appreciated!

Looks like you got lots of great replies! Do you think you could look at my newest forum post? I’m kind of confused wether it’s a yoke or embryo. No one has really helped me so it’d be great to get some input

You could candle the eggs if you see veins or darkness it’s most likely life.

I wouldn't rush them, I had two hatch that were being pressured by the other chicks and so they hatched too early and didn't make it. They could take a few days longer than it's supposed to but I'd just wait.

I always keep a chick in the incubator during the day. Them peeping all over seem to get the rest going, and then I take out the oldest once they're going decently
