Help identifying this baby

Need help identifying this baby. A friends cat had it and trying to figure out what breed. Definitely not a feather footed breed. Some think maybe leghorn. Any ideas? Or gender?

Probably a California white, or else a barnyard mix. No telling if it came from a hatchery or not.
