HELP!!! My chickens ain’t getting any better?!?

I thank you all so much for all the advice I take your words for it, i have her separated and was wondering would anyone recommend any brands of medication?? Is water or topical or oral better? One last thing don’t mean to be to much of a bother do you think I should consult a vet? Especially since she’s 1 outta 13 chickens and she’s the only one showing any signs?

If Vet care is an option, that may be best.

Thank you for the photos. It looks like it's probably Canker to me. As mentioned, you can use Metronidazole to see if that helps.

I have an appointment with a vet today thank you all so much you all are so knowledgable, I can’t thanks enough I’m new to this haven’t had chickens since I was a small child.

Your vet may or may not order metronidazole for you. If not, you can get the 250 mg tablets here, and give 1 tablet a day for 5 days, if they think it is canker/trichomoniasis. Put it in a bit of water and give with a syringe, or in a small bit of food. They could look at the material under a microscope which you could suggest.

Keep us posted on how the vet visit went.
The vet confirmed crank and removed a piece of sunflower( the shell) from the wound, they gave me metronidazole for the week and if she doesn't get better to bring her back, and today she’s looking a lot better she ate her favourite snacks (bread) were yesterday she wouldn’t leave the roost, I thank you all so much I think she’s gonna be alright thanks to all of you.

Glad that you could get help from the vet. Let us know how it goes. Sometimes material from canker can become enlarged and block the inside of the beak or interfere with breathing or eating, and need to be removed. I would separate her in a dog crate with her own food and water while medicating her. Also, you will want to disinfect your feeders and waterers that the others are using. Acidified copper sulfate 1/4 tsp per gallon of water for 3 days a month is what some use to prevent an outbreak of canker. They sell it online and here is a good price:
