My hen was found about an hour ago laying on her side next to the water bowl when nudged to stand she refused to stand on her left leg
1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.)
Ameraucana Mix , 9 months old , not sure exact weight. She feels like her regular weight
2) What is the behavior, exactly.
Lame leg, not using her left leg no signs of injuries or bumble foot
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?
Not entirely sure but over an hour
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?
No other birds are experiencing the same issues
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
No signs of any injuries, no broken bones no cuts no signs of bumble foot
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
Not sure what happened found her at 9:42am like this
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
Scratch and grain and has been drinking water
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
Chicken poop looks looks like green tinted water with solids
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
She has been soaking in a tub of warm water with epsom salt
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
I plan on treating her myself to the best of my abilities

Oak wood fiber in bedding while fine dirt is used for flooring
