HELP! My hen won’t eat and just sleep, looks very weak and won’t open her eyes

She is getting better, can eat a little food by herself. But her twisted neck is not getting well, I give her vitaminB, E and electrolyte everyday, I don’t know why she is not recovering. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since she is ill. Still worried, if her twisted neck is not gonna getting better it could be a very big problem for her. And at night she always sleep with her head almost upside down, it freaks me out. Really hope she can go back with her friends in the chicken coop soon...
