I came home and my year and a half turkey "Stew" (hes a pet not food :) )was walking fine and I came back out and suddenly he cant walk to the left. It looks like his neck bone is sticking straight out and his head hung to the right. He can stand but wont walk at all. I have no Idea whats wrong.

Any suggestions?

Welcome to BYC, sorry for the circumstances. I have little experience with turkeys, but do know that the broad breasted birds, especially toms, are relatively short lived. Their excess weight takes a toll on their hearts and bodies. Heat also causes them problems. I would try to get the bird into a quiet cool place, provide electrolytes in the water and try to keep it calm. Good luck - some of these birds are just not meant to have a long life.

As stated by SOURLAND first is it a double breasted Turkey and if so it maybe that the poor guy might have had some sort of cardio problem.
They do not have a great track record for longevity were as the non double breasted birds are known to live as long as 7 years.
And you should not rule out anything else as the problem such as what Ivan3 suggested (WRY Neck)
So many times I have seen here people buy these double breasted birds and get attached to them and find out there health problems as they get over sized and there bones and there cardio systems cant handle it.
The only other thing that I have seen here to prolong the life of there double breasted Turkeys is to put them on weight watchers and keep them from getting over sized.
best of luck to you hope things turn out for the best.
