Help please! What is Wattle shrinking and swollen? Not sure what is wrong. He acts fine.

The rest of chickens seem fine and other two Roos are okay.
idk what it is 😢
Not saying he isn’t dehydrated. Here is picture of his brother and other roo (all same age). I thought dehydration was possibility but plenty water out. Maybe he isn’t drinking like others. I think his tail feathers are hanging low compared to his brother.

I will look under feathers for molting in morning.
pecking order I don’t believe issue with them.
I am outside almost all day with them and I have never seen one little issue with Roos. Knock on wood the boys all get along really good. I guess because I got them all as same time as young chicks.
only thing I see this roo doing is servicing the ladies ALOT! Haha
