Help! Question about removing egg turner and increasing humidity...

I am hatching chicks in my 6th-grade classroom. I put the eggs in the incubator at midday on April 12. The incubator says that there is 4 days until hatch. So, today is technically day 17 correct? I know it says to remove the egg turner and increase humidity on day 18. Since tomorrow is Saturday, would it be ok for me to do that today before I leave for the weekend or should I come in tomorrow to do it? Thank you!

It is a Nurture Right 360- first year using it. I candled the eggs yesterday and everything looks good!

Everything went perfectly! All 13 eggs hatched healthy chicks!! They started pipping later in the day on Day 21. 12 hatched on Day 21/22. And 1 hatched on Day 23! We’ve had so much fun this week! Good luck to you!!
